Screen Spotlight:

Silver Noodle Soup 3 - young disability arts filmmakers from Wellington Aotearoa New Zealand making movies.

Silver Noodle Soup 3 and Silver Noodle Soup: Mana College

Silver Noodle Soup (SNS) is a Wellington based disability-led and focussed performance company.

Our films and theatre shows are a celebration of disability pride through sharing the ways, works and talents of performing artists and filmmakers.

The material and scenes for our latest film were created by students past and present of Onslow College during SNS Performance and Film Making Workshops in 2019 to 2022, and the students of Te Whare Ako at Mana college.

We work as a group of theatre practitioners and filmmakers to help students devise a film based on their impulses and ideas for skits and scenes they’d like to develop. We help them to explore the craft of creating a film.

SNS 3 and Silver Noodle Soup: Mana college was edited and produced by filmmaker Michelle Cameron and directed by Silver Noodle Soup artistic team Madeline McNamara and Sabrina Martin.

Now Here Hostel is a dark comedy web series that is currently under development, about four backpackers trying to stay on holiday forever. We will be filming in 2022 with my role as cinematographer.☺︎

I helped to film the opening credits, and also created the gloomy space sky with Photoshop.
